2021 LYBB Inhouse Registration Form
Thank You for Registering for the 2021 Season
What to expect next:
1. If your payment was successful, PayPal will email you and LYBB to confirm it.
2. LYBB will send you an email in a few minutes to confirm we received your registration information. This does not confirm LYBB has received your payment but does confirm we have recorded the registration information.
3. If LYBB can not confirm payment has been received from PayPal within 2 days, we will contact you by separate email at that time.
4. All players receive raffle tickets as part of the registration fee. Raffle tickets will be issued by the coach on or before Picture Day. All the ticket stubs can be submitted for the raffle drawing with your name and phone number since you paid for them. You can elect to sell some or all of the them to the public for $2 each and keep the money to help reduce your cost of registration. All stubs with contestant names and phone numbers must be turned in to the coach or at the concession stand before the Inhouse All Star Games in July. The drawing will take place at the Inhouse All Star Games in July.
